Spaghetti with Feta Ingredients (for 3 people))

½ packet pasta of your choice
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
250g. crumbled feta
2 teaspoons fresh oregano
6-7 sprigs fresh mint chopped or 1 tablespoon dried mint
1 tomato into small cubes for serving
Salt Pepper


Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water but do not drain. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and saute the garlic for 1 minute. Cook enough so they simply wither and their aromas come out, not until they turn black. Add to the pan and stir the feta and herbs and with a slotted spoon pour the pasta with as much water as the spoon can scoop. Stir well over the burner until you evenly mix your materials and serve with freshly ground pepper and chopped tomatoes.
