Fried feta cheese with sesame and honey


Feta cheese sliced into pieces of about 200 g.
white and a little black sesame seeds - oil for the pan
good quality honey or honey sauce
3 tablespoons honey 1 tablespoon balsamic

We prepare in three different containers the flour, the eggs by stirring them lightly and the white and black sesame seeds.Dip pieces of feta from flour, eggs and finally sesame, in that order, and take care that the pieces get covered well. Put them on a plate and place in the fridge for a while for the batter to harden a bit. Put olive oil in a pan to be heated well and fry the pieces of cheese until they turn golden brown. Place on paper towels to drain excess oil and serve after pouring honey!
Replace the plain honey with a sauce of balsamic vinegar and honey in a ratio 1 to 3 and drizzle feta.
